General Banking Terms & Conditions

1.1 By using our services, you agree to comply with the banking policy information and instructions whenever you deposit or withdraw amounts from your TopWager365 account.

1.2 By using our services, you acknowledge and understand that we are ultimately entitled to void any affected transactions, withhold funds (including any winnings) and (in the case of illegal or prohibited activities) suspend and, ultimately, close your account.

1.3 Customers must complete the verification process of their account within thirty days of the first deposit or at the time of the first payout, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will result in the customers’ account being blocked along with any associated funds, until said process has been completed to TopWager365’ full satisfaction.

1.4 The customer has up to thirty days to present all documents required; otherwise, the account will be closed until a final decision is made by management, if the final decision is to terminate the business relationship, whatever amount left from the deposited sum will be returned to the same deposit method; HOWEVER, ALL WININGS WILL BE FORFEITED.

1.5 You may not transfer, sell, or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise.

1.6 You may only make transactions of/up to the amount of cleared funds held in your account. This means that, if you want to make transactions via your account, you must deposit funds into that account. Transactions which may inadvertently have been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction will be void.

1.7 In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify TopWager365 of the aforementioned error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, TopWager365 reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.

1.8 Online gaming activities may be restricted in some jurisdictions to government owned and managed lotteries, sports and horse wagering and may not be permitted in some cases. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to inform themselves of their local laws before funding their accounts.

1.9 The banking policy deposit and withdrawal rules will supersede any verbal or written offering of any employee of TopWager365.

Deposits

2.1 All deposits are subject to management approval, TopWager365 reserves the right to accept, deny or reverse any deposit.

2.2 The balance held in your account will not bear interest in your favor

2.3 Currently the default currency used by TopWager365 is USD.

2.4 You may only deposit funds into your account from a payment source where you are the named account holder.

2.5 In the event that the customer wishes to use a card or e-wallet account that is not in their name, the deposit must first be approved by management and proper documentation of card or e-wallet holder must be on file prior to the deposit being made.

2.6 We do not charge for deposits made by debit/credit card. However, please be aware that some card issuers consider betting transactions as ‘cash’ payments and therefore may charge you a cash advance fee. Please check with your card issuer for further details.

2.7 TopWager365 will not be liable for any additional fees charged by the customers’ banking institution such as but no limited to; cash advance fees, international processing or currency fees, over draft fees or administrative banking fees.

2.8 TopWager365 is not liable for any fees incurred in the funding of e-wallet accounts or the transfer fees charged by the e-wallet company.

2.9 It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all deposits to their account are collected by the merchant. Failure to repurchase any deposits that go uncollected in a timely manner will result in the account being suspended and subject to collections. Any winnings in an account with uncollected deposits will be voided. All funds in any account that is linked to, or associated with, a delinquent account, as determined by the merchant in their sole discretion, are subject to forfeiture.

2.10 Deposit limits vary depending on the method used, any limit increase must be approved by management, TopWager365 reserves the right to request sufficient documentation from any customer to validate the identity of the client before any limits are increased. Providing such documentation will not guarantee any increase in the deposit limits.

2.11 Any customer found to be committing fraud of any kind with credit cards or any other electronic payment method will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.

2.12 All winnings resulting from the illicit use of credit cards, or any other electronic payment method will be automatically forfeited.

2.13 Credit/Debit card deposits as well as some e-wallet solutions are subject to a 10 business day hold before any payout can be processed and proper documentation will be required.

2.14 Deposits that are not processed through our cashier will not be credited automatically; it is the responsibility of the customer to contact our customer service department in order to inform them of the deposit to ensure it is credited in a timely manner.

2.15 TopWager365 is not responsible for deposits not notified to its customer service department.

2.16 In the event of delays due to transaction errors or third party processing delays TopWager365 cannot not be held liable for any wagers missed due to the delay.

2.17 TopWager365 relies on the service of third party processors and cannot be held liable for any failure on their part.

2.18 The availability of deposit methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals

3.1 Payout requests are accepted Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3.2 All deposits (with no bonus) are subject to a one-time rollover before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits with a bonus are subject to higher rollovers depending on the offer.

3.3 The minimum withdrawal on any single occasion shall not be less than $50. Please note that some withdrawal methods provided by TopWager365 are subject to a payout fee. Fees will vary depending on your desired payout method.

3.4 Deposits made with a credit or debit card are subject to a 10 business day hold and documents including a signed authorization form, a copy of a valid photo ID, and copies of the front and back of the credit or debit card will be required. Contact customer service for further details.

3.5 Withdrawals will only be processed in the name of the account holder, in the event that a client cannot receive the funds in his/her name a written signed authorization must be received with the name of the person to whom the payout is endorsed, in addition to this a valid photo id of the account holder must accompany the authorization form.

3.6 All withdrawal requests must be placed through the cashier or directly with a customer service representative.

3.7 Customer must provide account number and password at the time of a withdrawal in order for our staff to accept the request. Failure to provide these or incorrect information provided will result in the denial of the request.

3.8 All requirements including rollovers, play though periods and required documentation must be completed and received before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.9 All payout requests undergo an internal due process and pass several stages of management approval before processing. The submission of a request by a customer service representative on behalf of the customer does not guarantee management approval.

3.10 All payouts are subject to the funds being available in the account at the time the withdrawal is being processed; if funds are not available the withdrawal request will be canceled.

3.11 TopWager365 reserves the right to request proper documentation such as but not limited to valid photo IDs, utility bills, and copies of credit cards before processing a withdrawal. Failure to comply with this will result in the cancellation of the request.

3.12 Before a customer requests a payout it is their sole responsibility to ensure that all personal information including physical mailing address, phone number, and email address are updated and correct in our system, in the event that redirects or re-send of payment due to an incorrect address is necessary, it will be the customers' responsibility to assume the administrative fee of minimum $50

3.13 Processing of person-to-person transfer requests may take up to 48 to 72 hours depending on processor availability.

3.14 Although we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible, our goal is to provide same day payouts, some methods may take longer to process due to transfer procedures and any payout may take up to 10 to 14 business days to be processed.

3.15 Depending on the deposit method some payout requests may be subject to additional holding periods.

3.16 On occasions, we have to process your request via another method than the one originally requested, in the event that the method is changed we will notify you.

3.17 Payout requests may be canceled or modified prior to them being processed, once the payout has been processed no changes are allowed, in the event that a payout is canceled at the customer's request, any fees charged will not be reimbursed.

3.18 Withdrawal methods, limits, and fees are subject to change without prior notification.

3.19 Non-cashable bonuses will be reversed at the time of a withdrawal.

3.20 TopWager365 reserves the right to deny, reverse, or hold any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected either pertaining to the deposit or the account activity.

3.21 TopWager365 reserves the right to lower the maximum payout amount for any customer at any time.

3.22 Maximum withdraw is $5000, and up to 2 per week, Monday - Friday.

3.23 Payouts will be executed via the same deposit method the customer used in his last deposit.

Chargebacks

4.1 If a chargeback on a card or depositing method you have used is requested by the payment method provider, we may take the following steps:

  • We may block Your account.
  • We may take any such action as we are entitled to by law.
  • A chargeback notice may be issued and sent to you, using your registration details.
  • We will use the same payment method as chosen by you when placing a deposit in order to issue the chargeback.

4.2 If we are unable to confirm your identity and the payment method used in order to credit the account in question, we will send out two reminder emails which will be subject to a reasonable administrative fee of fifty (75) USD each or the currency equivalent, which will be withdrawn from your account funds unrelated to the chargeback.

4.3 The balance of Your Account may turn negative in cases of chargeback.
